FAQ's

1. Are your fragrances authentic?

Yes, we only use authentic, genuine fragrances that we purchase directly from brands and authorised resellers.

We carefully and hygienically hand decant all the liquid into our handy travel sized glass spray bottles.

2. What type of bottle(s) will I receive my fragrance in?

We use the highest quality glass vials that come equipped with a spray top (atomiser) for maximum convenience and efficiency.

Unlike others who use plastic, we prefer to use glass as this keeps the fragrance fresh. 

We also offer Premium Mini Spray Bottles as an upgrade at the checkout if you prefer (selected sizes only).

3. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes*, we use express courier services from DHL & UPS so that we can deliver to most countries within 3-5 business days. All parcels are fully tracked & are usually dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

4. Are parcels insured for theft, loss or damage?

We offer optional parcel insurance to quickly resolve any theft, loss or damage you might unfortunately encounter. This can be added to your order at checkout and is provided by Route. 

5. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes you can purchase a digital gift card in various denominations to gift to someone special. These can be redeemed via our website.

6. Why is my sample bottle not full to the top?

To ensure proper pressurisation during transit - we must leave a small air gap at the top of each sample. This air pocket/gap is necessary to allow the sample the proper pressurisation for temperature changes during the shipping process.

THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOUR SAMPLE IS MISSING ANY LIQUID/ML.

We are careful to the measure properly and we take this essential air pocket into consideration when creating your sample. Rest assured, the amount of liquid in each decant/sample will be exactly the amount selected (i.e. 3ml, 5ml, 10ml)

8. Designer scented crystals range - how do they work?

Please note our scented crystals range (unlike our colognes & perfumes) simply smell similar to designer brands, this is achieved by using specially formulated scented oils. They are in no way affiliated and should not be confused with the originals. This is a complete separate range to our colognes and perfumes.
